Revlon 3 Barrell Waver Styling Curling Iron (small) @ 5:28 PM

PROS: doesn't frizz hair, doesn't burn hair, swivel cord

CONS: doesnt work on thick hair, takes to long to heat up, no temp options

OVERALL: If you have thick hair do not purchase this item. My hair is thick itself and this 3 barrel curler does not help at all. It takes awhile to heat up (probably 15 minutes) and to make it work on thick hair you have to hold it on one small section for 8 minutes. There is no temp settings, so you can't change the temp to your liking. If you have thin hair this may work for you.

Revlon Perfect Heat Ceramic Straightener, Pink, 1" @ 9:22 AM

Revlon

3 out of 5 stars

PROS: Heats up fast, pink, cheap, profits breast cancer research.

CONS: too hot to handle, pulled hair, burns your fingers, turn on/off button breaks, the cord doesn't twist.

OVERALL: This product is a hit and miss. It works well with my thick hair, and it does heat up very fast. It gets too hat to touch though so sometimes straightening your hair is a pain. My hair has gotten caught in the two metal screws that hold the plats together. It pulls out strands and it hurts. My on and off button has broken, and I have been very gentle with this product. The button is stuck on on and you have to unplug it to turn it off. The cord would also 'jumble' up because it doesn't twist with the appliance therefore it is hard to curl you hair with this straighten too. I still use this straightener for times sake but you;d do better without this. This straighter does well for the price, about $20, but I would pass and try out something else.
